Housekeeping Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the hotel.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping management) to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping or related field (hotel housekeeping).
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry practices, and pest control methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
