Duty Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise receptionist activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Oversee housekeeping services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to improve overall hotel performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Strong skills in Front Office Management, Guest Handling, Guest Relationship Management, Receptionist Activities, and Hotel Management.

* OPERA software proficiency is essential

* Experience in Marriott brand of hotels in similar position preferred.
