Front Office Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop strong relationships with guests through personalized service and attention to their needs.
• Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance on hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years of experience in hospitality industry with a focus on Front Office Management.
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication management skills with ability to handle diverse customer base effectively.
• Strong guest relationship management skills with emphasis on guest satisfaction.

* Experience in similar position in Marriott branded hotels preferred.

* OPERA software proficiency is essential
