Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Manage front office operations, including handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-7 years of experience in hospitality industry (front office executive).
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & PMS systems.
• Proficiency in OPERA software essential
