Front Office Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, check out and provide assistance with luggage.
• Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our PMS system.
• Ensure seamless communication between guests, colleagues, and other departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• -4 years of experience in hospitality industry (front office operations).
• B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse customer queries.
• Proficiency in receptionist activities, guest handling, guest relations, and hospitality services.
