Human Resource Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing profiles to joining formalities.
• Conduct shortlisting, interview scheduling, and coordination for various positions across India.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR activities within stipulated timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks related to payroll processing.
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and ensuring smooth industrial relations.Role & responsibilities

• 2-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field (preferably in IT industry).
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.Preferred candidate profile
