Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

3. Employee Relations

  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and address grievances between employees or between employees and management.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and act on the feedback received.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Payroll Management: Process employee salaries accurately and on time.
