Job Title: Human Resource Executive (Payroll)

Job Location: Pune, India

Annual Salary: ₹3 Lacs to ₹6 Lacs

Experience: 3 to 8 years in HR, specifically in payroll management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely daily entry of new employee data into the HRMS software. Maintain and update payroll entries, ensuring correctness of data related to HRA, Uniform Recovery, Staff Debit, Overtime, Mobile Summary, TDS List, and Salary Grievances. Process monthly payroll reports and distribute salary statements and payslips to all employees across divisions. Process full and final settlements for employees who resign.
2. Data Management and Reporting: Generate and maintain daily management reports, such as HOD attendance and new joiners tracker. Maintain accurate records of non-reporting staff and employee resignation data. Regularly update and manage the employee leave master to ensure accurate tracking in line with company policy. Prepare and maintain audit files for payroll and daily leave applications.
3. Taxation & Compliance: Address and resolve taxation queries raised by employees, ensuring correct tax calculations according to current rules. Stay updated on tax laws and ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements.
4. Leave Management: Ensure accurate leave records by managing and entering leave data for all employees. Process and audit leave applications to ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular monthly payroll audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Review payroll data to ensure consistency and compliance with established standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Industry Experience: Experience in real estate is a must.
• Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and payroll management software.
• Payroll Experience: Hands-on experience managing payroll for 250-300 employees.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll MIS, resignation processes, leave policies, and non-reporting staff management.
• Taxation: Strong knowledge of current taxation laws, with the ability to address employee queries.
• Record-Keeping: Excellent attention to detail in record-keeping, audit, and reconciliation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for liaising with employees and resolving queries effectively.
