Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor with expertise in the planning, execution, and management of construction activities for multi-storey buildings and townships. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in construction and a deep understanding of redevelopment construction projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on-site and ensuring that construction activities are executed as per project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the project.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of construction processes for multi-storey buildings and townships.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth flow of construction operations.
• Monitor construction progress and report on-site conditions, resource requirements, and potential delays to senior management.
• Ensure the construction site is organized and free of hazards.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, site work, labor usage, and material consumption.
• Manage and coordinate the workforce to ensure productivity and efficient completion of tasks.
• Track project timelines and budgets, recommending corrective actions when necessary to stay on target.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project quality.
• Experience in managing redevelopment construction projects will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and management of construction activities.
• Excellent understanding of multi-storey building and township construction.
• Ability to manage and supervise a construction team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (preferred).

Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-storey buildings and townships.
• Candidates with experience in redevelopment construction projects will have an advantage.
