PMO

• Responsible for keeping client requirements in check, coordinating with the team and making sure that outcomes are delivered on time.
• Organize and manage project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners.
• Create and maintain a project plan with milestones and validate the plan with stakeholders and relevant team members.
• Create and maintain all project documentation, and a project summary.
• Day by day break-up of tasks, complete tracking of activities in allegiance with the client, weekly status review, risks & issues associated.
• Chairing Project Status meetings and engagements till Operations Handover
• Communicating regular and relevant updates/notifications to respective stakeholders (including top management) during the Project lifecycle as per defined frequency
• Ability to manage risk effectively and proactively for high to very high-risk projects.
• Management Report sharing during Project Lifecycle - Project Tracker, Issue Logs, Risk Logs, Lessons Learned Log and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Dashboard Summary

Good To Have

• At least 5+ years of experience in project management / coordination
• PMP or Prince 2 or CAPM certified
• Willingness to work across different shifts based on project / customers' requirements
