Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. (Civil)
  • Masters in Construction Management or related field is a plus

Brief role:To support the Chief Operating Officer in day to day business operations / decision making through research, data analysis, MIS & other reports hence enabling to take critical & accurate decisions as required by the existing business or new business ventures thus ensuring the associated risk & liabilities are mitigated.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department heads of Realty division on behalf of the COO to obtain data with regards to business operations, functioning, profitability, revenue & cash flow etc.
  • Analyze data / MIS from Realty division and highlight critical deviations or observations and provide updates, so as to enable immediate action, where ever required
  • Monitor various company performance / profitability etc. and also update areas of concerns / improvements etc. thus ensuring that the company's risk and liabilities are protected
  • Coordinate with various divisions / companies to ensure that the decisions / instructions / task given by the COO are being implemented / completed and monitor the same and update the COO on status periodically
  • Assist the COO in business strategy through various research, information gathering, data analytics and prepare SWOT analysis where ever possible, thus enabling the COO to take accurate & faster decisions as required for smooth business functioning
  • Attend / represent the COO in business reviews / meetings. Prepare and provide critical information to the COO to ensure that all relevant information as required for the meeting is available and decision making / solution can be made faster
  • Review and modify company presentations, company profiling, company financial reports for ensuring data accuracy and highlighting the company's unique strength and expertise in business, thus projecting a positive image for the company.
  • Review and provide critical / valuable inputs for new business ventures, prepare SWOT analysis for new growth ventures, mergers & acquisitions, equity funding etc. Analyze data for accuracy and right projection
  • Analyze budgets, companies income and expenditure statements, financial reports to recommend new avenues for cost saving or revenue generation etc. through proper data analysis.
