Technical Assistant To Director

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to the Director, assisting in decision-making and strategy development.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to get data about all ongoing and scheduled projects.
• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to the reporting Manager
