Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Manage major incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring timely restoration of services and minimal impact on customers.
• Lead the incident management process, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication during critical situations.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and industry best practices for incident management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in Major Incident Management or related field
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework, particularly Incident Management lifecycle stages (ID, Containment, Eradicate & Recovery).
• Proven track record in managing high-pressure situations effectively while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
