Shift timings and working days :- Rotational Shifts & 6 Days working (Availability 24*7)

Job Description:

• 3-5 years experience in an IT Service Management role, good working knowledge of ITIL framework preferred.
• Manages and coordinates all activities necessary to control, track and audit Changes in the environment.
• Responsible for gathering the Change related information
• Review the Change Record for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate the change schedule details to the change requester and the other impacted stakeholders
• Ensures Change status, progress and issues are communicated to the appropriate groups.
• Escalate any deviations from plans to appropriate management (direct manager and change manager).
