Role Description:
- This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located in Gurugram, India.
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws.
- They will also collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.
- Training and Development knowledge.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the food industry or consumer goods sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and resolve employee relations issues. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems. Coach managers on providing effective feedback and conducting performance reviews. Track employee performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Training & Development: Identify training and development needs for employees. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records. Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- HR Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Provide HR metrics and reporting to leadership. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Other Duties: Manage employee benefits programs. Oversee HR budgets. Perform other duties as assigned.
