Urgent Hiring- Corporate Event Management Executive

• Collaborate with company leadership and stakeholders to understand the goals and
  objectives of each event.
• Oversee event setups and breakdowns, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for equipment, promotional items, and other event-related needs.
• Supervise and manage events on the day(s) to ensure everything runs smoothly, including handling last-minute issues or changes.
• Coordinate with security, catering, and other teams to ensure the event is safe and enjoyable.
