Senior Non It Recruiter (Sales Bulk Hiring)

• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screening & Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless process.
• Job Posting & Advertising:
• Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website.
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, clear, and appealing to attract top talent.
• Candidate Experience:
• Provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, whether hired or not.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Advise on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Offer Management:
• Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details and benefits packages.
