Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales at Aimlay Pvt Ltd in Rohini. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment operations, developing strategic plans to drive business growth, managing a team of recruiters, and fostering relationships with clients. The role will involve daily decision-making, leadership, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term sales and recruitment goals.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and growth areas within the EdTech sector.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee all sales and recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to achieve and exceed goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Assume complete responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the sales and recruitment division.
- Develop and manage the budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.
- Monitor financial metrics and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure that all departments are working together efficiently.
