- AIMLAY is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in North Delhi.

- This is a full-time, on-site role that will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.

- The Assistant Manager will oversee the full-life cycle recruiting process, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.

- Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.

- Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices and recruitment strategies.
