# Key Responsibilities:
# Sourcing and Attraction
1. Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and the company's website.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
3. Resume Screening: Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
# Selection and Evaluation
1. Phone Screening: Conduct phone screenings to further evaluate candidates.
2. Interviews: Coordinate and conduct in-person or video interviews with candidates.
#Recruitment Strategy
1.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, and employee referrals.
#. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
# Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
2. Proven ability to attract and hire top talent.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and technologies.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
# Nice to Have:
1. Experience with ATS: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
