This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Publication Sales located in Rohini. The role involves leading and overseeing research, writing, and publication activities related to PHD programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for PhD program publication services.
- Identify and target potential clients, including PhD candidates, researchers, and academic institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and proposals.
- Oversee the research, writing, and publication process for PhD-level academic work.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all publications.
- Manage and coordinate research projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and academic standards.
- Maintain a network of expert researchers, writers, and editors.
- Stay up-to-date on academic publishing trends and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of researchers, writers, and sales professionals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in academic publishing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Gather client feedback and use it to improve services.

- Proven experience in sales, specifically within research writing and publication management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
- Experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
