Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall business strategy and growth for the LMS division, focusing on increasing market share and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base across corporate training, education, and HR sectors.
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities, creating customized solutions for corporate clients.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Indian LMS market to design and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to position the company as a market leader in LMS solutions.
- Develop and manage key partnerships with organizations in the EdTech and corporate training sectors to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to direct reports, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members within the business development and sales teams.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers within corporate training and HR departments.
- Ensure excellent service delivery to existing clients, focusing on long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Represent the company in industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in the EdTech or LMS industry, with a strong track record of business growth and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in managing large-scale teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Established network within corporate training, HR departments, and key stakeholders in the learning & development space.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change, inspire teams, and deliver on ambitious business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with SaaS-based LMS platforms or other learning technologies
