Job Summary:

- This key leadership role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring the alignment of all business activities with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Complete responsibility of P&L.

- Manage the budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

- Lead and mentor departmental heads to ensure effective execution of organizational plans.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Head, General Manager, or in a senior leadership role.

- Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and operational management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

- Proficiency in financial management and understanding of key business metrics.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
