Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver process training programs for insurance professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop technical training materials, including courseware, presentations, and handouts.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 12-17 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
- Strong background in process training, technical training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
