Executive Company Secretary

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws governing NBFCs.
• Manage board meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions in accordance with company secretarial requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of corporate governance documents such as MOA, AOA, and statutory registers.
• Provide support to senior management on strategic initiatives and projects related to company secretarial functions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of companies act, securities law, and regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison between senior management and stakeholders.
