Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving targeted
volumes with targeted EBITDA for the territory. The role involves developing new customer
relationships, understanding customer needs, influencing customers, and managing prices
effectively. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer relations, providing
accurate sales reports, conducting market analysis, and driving the sales force to achieve
targets for value-added products in the building material industry.
