External Job Description

Job Purpose: Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budgetCost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel Checking the formulation stability for new formulation  Business Responsibility Areas: Coordinating with CTs for concrete admixture formulation related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testingInterpretation of Performance data of laboratory trailsIn-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of concrete & development to be followedTo work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing atOPC Competition bench marking - quarterlySite Visit along with onsite trials for critical customersEnsuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer suppliesTraining for Sr CTs at regional level  Qualification: Essential - B Tech/BE/ Civil or Chemical or BSc   Experience: Essential - Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Chemicals company on the supply side
