Job Description
- To undertake pan India in-store trainings for Bath category at BH Stores
- To undertake virtual trainings for Bath category for relevant BH Store employees (Bath ISP, Bath DSA, Décor Executive, CC, Senior Designer)
- Deployment of post session knowledge assessments
- Deploying and securing participant feedback
- Reporting on pre and post-performance of trained cadre and other metrices at a pre-defined cadence
- Will be a predominantly travel based role with atleast 18-20 days of travel expected PAN India.
