Job Title: Regional Manager WiN Channel
Details of the Position
• Position - Regional Manager
• Direct Reports: Branch Managers (5-8 branches)
• Function - Sales
Purpose of Role:
As the Regional Manager for the WiN Channel, you will lead a team of Branch Managers in driving performance, fostering innovation, and promoting a women-focused digital sales culture. This role emphasizes new customer acquisition through digital media, recruiting and mentoring fresh MBA graduates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and empowering Gen Z female professionals. You will develop strategies to achieve sales and productivity targets, leverage digital tools, and contribute to building a high-performing team that embodies the channels mission.
Job Responsibilities
1. Empowering Leadership: • Champion the WiN Channels vision of empowering women and fostering an inclusive environment. • Mentor and guide Branch Managers to effectively lead their teams of Gen Z female Business Development Managers (BDMs). • Develop a supportive culture that resonates with Gen Z values, ensuring alignment with their career aspirations.

4. Digital Enablement: • Lead the regions adoption of digital platforms and tools, including LMS, to streamline operations and enhance sales outcomes. • Use data analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and personalize coaching for Branch
Managers and BDMs. • Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends to connect with younger customers and team members.

Performance Oversight: • Monitor and analyze branch-level performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of activity, productivity, and revenue targets. • Identify challenges and implement corrective actions to improve results, particularly in underperforming branches. • Conduct regular performance reviews and progress meetings with Branch Managers.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: • Lead customer acquisition initiatives by engaging with digital-first audiences and leveraging the WiN Channels unique value proposition. • Support Branch Managers and BDMs in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. • Represent the WiN Channel in regional client meetings, industry forums, and community events.
7. Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy: • Drive initiatives that empower women professionals and reflect the WiN Channels commitment to diversity. • Cultivate a workplace culture that celebrates inclusion, innovation, and collaboration
Day-to-Day Deliverables: • Oversee digital lead generation and ensure timely follow-ups across branches. • Monitor the success of customer acquisition campaigns and align branch efforts with digital marketing strategies. • Ensure LMS tools are used effectively, and reporting is prompt and accurate. • Track progress on hiring goals for fresh MBA graduates, ensuring alignment with Gen Z preferences and Tier 2/3 city dynamics. • Provide on-ground support to Branch Managers and participate in client interactions as needed.
What you must have: • Minimum graduate (postgraduate preferred). • 7+ years of experience in insurance sales or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple branches or teams. • Proven ability to lead and mentor women professionals and Gen Z talent. • Strong understanding of digital media strategies for customer acquisition and team engagement. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
