Expand, maintain and grow regional distribution network
Design, implement and facilitate annual sales plan as per the budget.
Responsible for revenue generation as per the monthly/quarterly/ annual target.
Monitor and analyses the various sales reports from the team.
Plan and co-ordinate with commercial and factory to ensure smooth operations.
Provide timely information / recommendation to the management on market / new strategies and have regular meetings and interactions with important customers nation-wide.
Train / Develop & monitor the team members.
Responsible for any other job which management has assigned on time-to-time basis
Develop Channel Distribution strategy and also ensure timely follow up from dealers on a regular basis
