Training Manager (Telesales Team)

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Design & Development: Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing learning for the tele sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and compliance.
• Delivery of Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring interactive and engaging content delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and identify skill gaps; provide personalized coaching and feedback to improve individual performance.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand business goals and align training strategies with organizational objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methods and materials based on feedback, sales performance metrics, and evolving business needs.
• Team Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive learning culture, encouraging team members to stay engaged and motivated towards achieving individual and team goals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and report on training outcomes, success rates, and areas for improvement.
