Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:
  Lead and manage a large tele-sales team (100+ members), ensuring efficient operations, high productivity, and strong performance across all team levels. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Operational Strategy:
  Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies to ensure that daily operations of tele-sales are aligned with Akash Institutes overall business goals and objectives. Monitor the performance of team members and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Training & Development:
  Create and execute training programs to enhance the skills of tele-sales executives, focusing on product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques specific to the education sector.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track team progress, and ensure continuous improvement. Provide detailed performance reports to senior management, along with strategic recommendations for achieving growth and operational efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Ensure that tele-sales representatives maintain high levels of customer engagement, addressing student and parent inquiries professionally and ensuring they receive appropriate educational solutions.
