Role: Project Manager (Civil/ Electrical)

Age: Must be below 35 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil/ Electrical Engineering

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will coordinate various functions and plants of construction aggregates from the company central office, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects across finance, IT, SAP implementation, projects, techno-commercial and other departments.

Role & responsibilities :

• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget for aggregates plant.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Responsible for ensuring proper support from central office to existing as well as new project sites for setting up & running of aggregates plant.
• Facilitate communication between different departments and plants to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, IT, SAP implementation, techno-commercial and other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
• Provide support to plants across different functions by ensuring smooth coordination between the central team and plant team.
• Manage all stakeholders, address & resolve any issues or conflicts arising between various stakeholders.
