Job Description

1. Managing the day-to-day activities of Civil department and responsible for overall manging 3 locations (DNH, Daman & Diu) 
2. To monitor & control all key activities pertaining to the department.
3. Responsible for presentation of various data & drawings to GM/VP for new/ modification works for their approval.
4. Monitoring of work progress of all project / maintenance works & assisting the team wherever required.
5. Co-ordination with various departments for all project works.
6. Co-ordination with outside agencies for obtaining all technical details for project works.
7. Validation of annual budget data and review of justification and presenting it to VP/ GM.
8. Assist and co-ordinate in performing various audits.
9. Responsible for monitoring of Business Partner activities and thier Billings etc.
