Job Description:

• Knowledge of Housekeeping Management, Canteen Management and Guest Management
• Event Management and preparation to provide facility to VVIP Guests
• Handling Inventory Management & Canteen management
• Responsible for planning, cost control for consumables and staffing
• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports MIS
• Practical experience of Event Management
• Ensuring the proper documentation of records & process which needs to follow as per the ISO standards.
• Monitoring monthly invoices and vendor payment status to ensure purchase orders are not over billed and vendors receive timely payment to avoid disruption in services
• Identify and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service.
• Knowledge of 5S & IMS controls
• preference to be given, who having the knowledge of SAP and Local Candidates
