Manager - Human Resources (TM & OD)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead & develop a Talent Management agenda with focus on Succession Planning, Career Planning, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management System, Talent Reviews, High Potential Talent Development, Talent Mobility and Early Careers
• Ensuring that the Talent Management & Performance Management initiatives are efficient & effective at an organizational level
• Create & deliver effective organization design through initiatives emphasizing on productivity & innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders on desired culture transformation (Mindsets, behaviours, and actions) with an eye on desired transformation
• Employee Engagement monitor employee satisfaction & retention metrics and identify improvement areas
• Develop & implement initiatives to develop a positive culture resulting in high employee morale
• Mentoring & coaching creation and implementation of an impeccable framework destined for success
• Performance Management develop & manage systems aimed at fair & accurate assessments
• Performance reviews & feedback to support continuous improvement to help achieve performance goals
• Succession Planning assist in creation of personalized development plans for High Potentials ensuring continuity in key roles across the organization
• Extend support in the creation of IDPs & MDPs with emphasis on career growth/aspirations
• Anticipate HR risks, develop & implement mitigation measures in collaboration with GM-HR
• Design & implement training modules/programs that enhance employee skills & career growth
• Complete ownership of MIS & HR Metrics
• HR Policy overview, guidance & interpretation to leaders & employees

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational qualification - 2 year full time MBA - HR/MHRM/MHRD/MSW/MLW (Mandatory)
• 12-18 years of experience in HRBP/Generalist role with minimum 6 years exposure on Talent Management, OD & OB
• Certification course in Talent Management/OD from TMI or any similar platform (preferred)
• Knowledge on Talent Management, OD & OB practices & interventions
• Awareness of latest HR trends and identify suitability/feasibility in existing business environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable reporting and management skills
