Role & responsibilities

1. Familiar with the operation of pretreatment plant ,DM plant , sewage treatment plants ,wastewater treatment plants ,potable water treatment plant etc.
2. Familiar with the Power plant chemistry management during the various stages of power plant operation i.e., startups ,shutdown ,normal operation ,preservations etc.
3. Familiar with the chemical treatment of condenser/closed cooling water system.
4. Familiar with the chemical laboratory management i.e.

1)Analysis of steam and water samples of HRSGs.

2)Analysis and interpretation of hydraulic and lubricating oil samples

3)Analysis of various types of water i.e., raw water, cooling water, effluent water ,drinking
water ,sewage water etc.

4) Calibration and validation of laboratory instruments.

5) Laboratory reagent preparation and standardizations.

6) Good laboratory practice.

Preferred candidate profile :

Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Power Plant.
