Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Pan India ( On Site)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent  

Experience:-5 to 15 years

Notice Period:- Immediate Joiner or 10 days.


We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our growing team within the Water & Waste water treatment services, pumping systems and water treatment Chemicals. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales, especially for those passionate about water treatment systems, chemicals, and pumps. The ideal candidate will have an innate curiosity about the technical aspects of the water treatment industry and be eager to drive sales success through strong customer relationships and technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers in the assigned territory, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue, and margin growth.
  • Sales Process Coordination: Oversee the entire sales process for assigned accounts and products, ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to closing.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the assigned product portfolio, and stay well-informed about competitive products and their features.
  • Territory Management: Perform customer mapping for accurate and effective territory management, ensuring sales objectives are met.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed the assigned sales plan by nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding the customer base.
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure alignment with local and company goals, while meeting the specific business requirements of your territory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, or Electrical fields.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi (both written and oral); additional languages, such as Telugu,Tamil & Kannada are a plus.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • General knowledge of the product portfolio within the water treatment industry is beneficial.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to quickly develop technical knowledge across a wide range of products.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and an eye for identifying new opportunities.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within the territory up to 70% of the time.
