Facility Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities-

• Operations & Maintenance of WTP, ETP- 20 m3/hr, STP- 30 m3/hr, Blowers, Chemical Pumps, with zero downtime.
• Have experience of DI water plant, reverse osmosis, dementalization unit, ultra-filtration system, water purification system, cooling tower and water analyzing laboratory
• Know the RO/ UF membrane techniques, Ion exchange, pretreatment, water analysis, chemical dosing.
• Operational control and troubleshooting with multistage evaporation system, air washers, filter press, compressors, driers, chillers rain harvesting, VAM, boiler and other
• Regular environmental monitoring like stake, noise, air, ambient etc.
• Preparation of yearly environmental statement, water cess return, consent applications etc.
• Annual scheduling of maintenance practices and maintaining records of the equipment historical performance.
