Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordination with MEPF Consultant, Architect, Contractors & others agencies.
• Development of vendors for various products from quality aspect point of view.
• Experience of large size construction project.
• Familiar with execution of Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Utilities Piping, Water System, and Electrifications including BMS & Piping related project work.
• Good Knowledge of drawing study.
• Familiar with execution, testing and commissioning of MEPF (Mechanical , Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting System), services, and Equipments i.e HVAC & Piping related equipment’s i.e AHU’s,Air conditioning Indoor /Out Door Units, Pumps, Ducting, Piping, Insulations etc , Fire Fighting, ,Water System, Electrical equipment including Electrifications work.
• Controlling of the cost for MEPF related & allied works.
• Overall Project coordination and management for timely completion within the budgeted cost.
• Verification and Certification of the Bills.
• To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project.
• Timely execution of the Project.
• Tender Preparation of all utilities, engineering services, technical evaluation of all the vendor and appointment of agencies.
