Engineer - Civil (Supervisor To Project Head) - SOLAR Background ONLY

Job Summary: Good Communication skills Time bound execution at site Tactful expedition of civil construction activities at site Extensive Solar Project civil field knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities: • Correct reading & understanding the civil design & drawings & getting the foundations/structures constructed as per them. • Drawing out daily target for civil work completion & delegating to contractors. • Monitoring daily work progress of civil activities • Expediting Construction of Control Room, Control Building, Foundation of Transformer, RMU, LT Panel Structure, Development Roads, Drains, Large Switchyards, Boundary Wall. • Managing the contractors engineers & workmen during civil construction at site. • Conducting frequent meeting with contractors team to keep in check progress V/s time till work completion. • Keeping track of contractors activities on day to day basis as per Company policies. • Ensure Quality and Safety in day to day basis with Vendor and in house working agencies. • Ensure Quality and Safety in day to day basis with Vendor and in house working agencies • Ensure implementation of EHS norms while working at site.
