Construction Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering)

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering to oversee large-scale construction projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering projects.
• Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, cost control measures, and quality assurance standards.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management for engineering projects (preferably in residential, industrial, or commercial sectors).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, etc).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and budget compliance.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
