Construction Site Manager (Supervising Construction Sites)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Site Manager will coordinate activities between project teams, contractors, and clients, and ensure that all work is performed according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and civil work is completed according to project specifications.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure the proper execution of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all disciplines.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure that milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and report on project progress to senior management.
• Ensure that all required materials, equipment, and tools are available on-site to complete work as scheduled.
• Manage site logistics, including transportation, storage, and disposal of materials.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and civil construction processes and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc) is a plus.
