Senior Engineer - Module Maintenance

Purpose/Objective

The Module Maintenance (Electrical) - Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of electrical modules in the power/energy industry. The position requires in-depth expertise in PLC, Scada, Drives, Servo, Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and Automation. The ideal candidate will possess a B. Tech/B. E. degree and have 4-8 years of experience in the power/energy industry. Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth operation of modules Line - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize module performance and reliability - Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to execute maintenance tasks effectively - Utilize expertise in PLC, Scada, Drives, Servo, and Automation to troubleshoot and resolve electrical system malfunctions - Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities - Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and recommendations for improvements - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in electrical maintenance

Technical Competencies

Understanding of technical specifications of equipment,Thorough knowledge of Machines / Equipment's,PLC/Robotics/Drives (AC &DC)/Automation,Pneumatic / Vacuum system ,Knowledge of SAP ,Vendor Management,Inventory Management

Qualifications and Experience

4-8 years of experience in the power/energy industry B. Tech/B. E. in Electrical Engineering or related field
