Shift Engineer/Asst.Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance of Instrumentation and automation of Tire manufacturing plant.
• Maintenance of Electrical electronics and instrumentation of functions in Preparatory section (mixing, extruder, calendar and auxiliary system) in Tire industry
• Maintenance of Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation of functions in ASRS in tire industry.
• Maintenance of plant instruments. Implement instrument wise preventive maintenance plan as per OEM recommendation
• Knowledge of variable frequency drive, servo drive, DC drive and controls of various make -Siemens /Allen Bradely / sew etc.
• Knowledge of PLC based controlled process and able to trouble shooting.
• Maintenance of all the hydraulics valve train system used in tire manufacturing machines
• Maintenance and calibration of temperature sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, flow switches, flow meters and indicating and controlling instruments, weighing system, level measuring instrument
• Routine breakdowns and visual checks 'in regular shift and the routine setup of electrical parameters of machines.
• Tire construction recipe base modifications in machine PLC program and respective settings of the machine tool parameters as required at the time of change and setup of drums
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001:2015 and documentation, good knowledge of MS office tools and sap ERP systems
• ASRS modification in machine PLC/HMI program and respective setting if required.
• RCA of critical machine breakdowns
• Energy optimization skills
