Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

Responsibility:-

1.To look after plant maintenance work in shifts

2.Deploy manpower for shift according to nature of work and maintain log book .

3.Safety and technical training to all technician.

4.To execute preventive maintenance of machine as per scheduled and update in system.

5.Up keep all the records related to QMS requirements like Preventive order cum checklists, calibration certificate etc.

6.Spare assessment and ensure availability in coordination with Section incharge.

7.Calibration of instruments used for process monitoring and measuring.

8.To ensure use of suitable PPEs by himself and subordinates for good safety practices.

9.Performing the job according to additional responsibilities assigned by respective Section Incharge and HOD.

10.To ensure the preparedness of required Work permit & its approval.

11.Responsibilities as identified in respective functional Procedures.

To follow safety &Environmental guidelines as per procedures.

Authority:-

1.Authorized for prepare Departmental Procedures related to QMS and IMS.

2.Authorized for prepare List of Machinery.

3.Authorized for execution of in house Calibration.

4.Authorized for preparing QMS & IMS related records.

5.Authorized for all responsibility assigned to him

Accountability:

1. Accountable for his all responsibility in case of any failure.
