Role & responsibilities
1. Event and Training Management: Organize and oversee company events, gatherings, and training sessions.
2. Content Marketing and Brand Communications: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, particularly on social media. Craft compelling copy for employee communications and brand messaging.
3. Podcast Management: Transcribe podcasts, oversee editing, and ensure the timely release of high-quality episodes.
4. Graphic Design Oversight: Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing graphics for various communications.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
6. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment through proactive initiatives and communication.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in tech/ software companies with strong people-oriented roles.
2. Editing, transcribing, hosting podcasts/ events, writing and presentation skills will be preferred.
3.Social Media Management skills especially Instagram/ FB, LinkedIn and YouTube.
