Role & responsibilities

What would you do:

• Delivery Management encompassing Requirement to Go-Live.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project implementation plans in alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project.
• Regular Cadence and Reporting with Sr. Management & project sponsors.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure project goals are met.
• Drive Adoption & customer Satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for project team members

in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives.

• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

Whom we are looking for:

• Six or more years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project management, encompassing planning, organization, risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring delivery quality, and adhering to timelines.
• Possess business analysis skills, and critical thinking abilities, adept at conflict resolution, and proficient in problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for influencing and leading customer-facing interactions.
• Strong acumen in people management and effective team leadership.
• Demonstrated technical expertise.
• Experience within the BFSI domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
