We are looking for Project Manager.

You ll make an impact by:

• As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivery of the product - regarding content, prioritization, quality and customers for a given cost and time frame.
• Being responsible for a project delivery with quality
• Providing development teams with priorities and expertise regarding the product and ensures completeness and consistency of the derived requirements within the product by coordinating with managers
• Possessing high on solutioning and problem-solving abilities.
• Presenting with various customers and ensure everyone agrees.
• Suggesting solutions to areas of concern in processes and project management.
• Being good in these areas of project management: Schedule and scope management, Partner management, Tracking and monitoring, Budget Management and Metrics - especially deriving insights from the numbers.
• Guide in Agile and Lean ways of working at program/enterprise level.
• Having internal interactions: Product Owner, Project Lead, Quality Manager, Development Team (e. g. Scrum Master, System Analyst, Architects, Developers, Testers, etc.), Usability Engineer, Technical Writers, etc. and external interactions with Customers together with Product Managers.

You ll win us over by:

• Having a Postgraduate (M Tech/PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization with 6-8 years of experience in the power domain or BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
• Holding good knowledge of power system data modeling, simulation tools and algorithms
• Detailed experience in Requirements Engineering and feature definition activities
• Good understanding of Agile development practices
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management Practices
• Experience in mainstream software development, with good exposure to Cloud based enterprise application development
• Drive and motivation towards gaining business success with alignment with Product Management and R&D Management team
• Decision making skills and ability to balance customer expectations alongside engineering team capacity
• Excellent communication, global team interactions in an inter-cultural environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team context
