Employee Relations Executive

1. Design and prepare certificates for appreciation, participation, achievements, training completion, milestone recognitions, and special awards

2. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities, corporate events, and celebrations

3. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and resource planning

4. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of festivals, team-building activities, wellness programs, and training sessions

5. Prepare event schedules, invitations, and materials to ensure a seamless experience for employees

6. Create engaging employer branding videos showcasing workplace culture, employee success stories, and company initiatives

7. Assist in content creation for social media and internal communication channels to highlight employee engagement efforts

8. Work closely with HR leadership to implement changes based on employee suggestions and concerns

9. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure long-term collaborations and smooth execution of HR initiatives
